Gaia is a free baby tracker for iPhone. If something is not working, email support@gaiababy.lol — a person reads it, usually within a day. Include the version number from Account if you can.
How do I add a second child?
In Gaia, open Account, tap Family, then Add child. To move between children afterwards, tap your baby’s name at the top of the Today screen and pick the one you want. Each child keeps a separate log, and everything — the timeline, the charts, the growth curves — follows whichever child is selected.
How do I add my partner or another caregiver?
In Gaia, open Account, tap Family, then Invite a caregiver, and send them the code. They install Gaia, create their own account with their own email and password, and enter the code. Nobody shares a password, and every entry shows who logged it.
My import from Nara did not work. What now?
Check the file is the CSV from Nara’s own Export Data — not a screenshot, a PDF or a report. In Nara, tap the avatar beside your baby’s name on the Activity screen, then Export Data. Nara exports one child per file, so a family with two children has two files to import separately. Importing the same file twice is safe: every entry carries its original id, so a repeat adds nothing.
Do I lose my data if I change phones?
No. Your log lives in your Gaia account, not on the phone. Install Gaia on the new device, sign in, and everything is there. The same is true if you delete the app and reinstall it.
Why am I not getting notifications?
Gaia sends two kinds, and both are off until you turn them on: when another caregiver logs an entry, and a reminder when it has been a while since the last feed. Open Account, tap Preferences, and switch on the ones you want. If a switch will not stay on, notifications are blocked for Gaia in iOS Settings › Notifications › Gaia. There are no streaks and nothing that nags you for not logging.
How do I delete my account?
In Gaia, open Account and tap Delete my account. If you are the only caregiver in your family, this permanently deletes the family and every entry in it. If other caregivers remain, they keep the shared log and the entries you made stay in it without your name attached. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
I forgot my password.
Tap Forgot password on the Gaia sign-in screen and enter your email address. The reset link is valid for one hour. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and that you used the address you signed up with.
Does Gaia work on Android or iPad?
Gaia is an iPhone app today. It runs on iPad at iPhone size. An Android version is not available yet.
